What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website but my package has not arrived yet?
We know things happen but unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Lillie J's Kitchen & Cocktail will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.
What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
